This is what occupational safety means at Eiffage Infra-Bau
We avoid serious incidents through effective planning, management, inspections, our own safety checks, training, audits, mutual respect, commitment and the co-operation of everyone involved. Our AMS-Bau matrix certification attests to our uniform and high occupational safety standards across the Group companies. In order to further increase the level of safety on our construction sites, all projects are closely monitored by our occupational safety specialists. They identify potential hazards and at the same time create safety awareness among our employees.
"For me, 100% safety means that every employee goes home in the evening as healthy as they were when they arrived in the morning."
"I want to guarantee 100% occupational safety in our company. Because I don't want to be responsible for any of our employees suffering an injury or even worse. Occupational safety comes first - before economic success.
We are happy to invest in this goal. Every investment is worth it if an accident can be avoided. However, we are jointly responsible for occupational safety. Each and every one of us must look after ourselves, but we also have a duty of care for our colleagues.
Let's work together to achieve the goal of 100% safety."

How we maintain and promote health
We actively ensure that our employees stay healthy. This is why we have a company health promotion programme. At Eiffage Infra-Bau, we are constantly developing our company health management programme to make work, the working environment and the workplace healthier. Our employee programmes, such as leasing a job bike or membership of the Urban Sports Club, are in line with this goal. Our range of seminars on topics such as leadership, time and self-management and stress management also serve to promote health. Once an incapacity to work has occurred, we help to overcome it, avoid absences and (re-)integrate chronically ill people.
