Shoring and foundation work
If you need shoring and anchoring to secure excavations, bored piles for load transfer or the right driven piles - you can count on us. This applies not only to shoring work, but also to foundation work: Our pile foundations are used, for example, as foundations for noise barriers. Or as deep foundations for engineering structures and traffic sign bridges. We carry out cased boreholes with diameters of 600 mm to 1800 mm in lengths of up to 40 metres using the Kelly drilling method.
We are also available for light work. In the field of so-called light specialised civil engineering, we are there for you with small and micropile foundations, anchor production as well as grouting and sealing.
Tunnelling technology - the perfect complement
Necessary infrastructure measures require intelligent construction methods. The underground laying of pipelines using the hydraulic pipe jacking method is an environmentally friendly and economical solution for realising complex civil engineering projects: From the renewal of sewage systems to the laying of protective pipes and the construction of escape tunnels through to flood relief tunnels, we can master even the most challenging tasks. Tunnel tubes in all dimensions up to DN 3,600 are laid with pinpoint accuracy - even over long tunnelling distances of up to 1,500 metres.
Naturally, with the appropriate start and finish excavation pits, you receive all services from a single source - with the optimum execution planning for you.
The best personnel and state-of-the-art machines: a first-class line-up.
Achieving top performance depends on the right equipment. Our machinery is state-of-the-art and offers exactly the right tool for every application. This means that we can easily create auger cast concrete piles, drive piles by impact or using the high-frequency method, quickly set up a particularly all-terrain telecrane and much more.
Mechanical engineering and maintenance
At the locations of the mechanical engineering department in Herne and Hersbruck, our employees configure our own piling, drilling and tunnelling equipment so that it is ideally suited to the geology and project requirements. Maintenance and repairs as well as project-specific conversions can be carried out safely and reliably by competent personnel. Hydraulic drives for tunnelling machines, large rotary drilling rigs and electrical medium-voltage supply systems are maintained and repaired in modern workshops. Heavy steel construction is manufactured with welding certificates and possible heavy load transport by rail and road.
We also keep a large stock of augers and drill pipes together with all accessories, units, compressors and pumps for slurry extraction and water handling in top condition.

Specialised civil engineering machines
Jörn Ahrend
After studying civil engineering, Jörn Ahrend held several management positions in specialised civil engineering. In September 2016, he moved to Wittfeld GmbH, now Eiffage Infra-Nordwest, as senior site manager. When Eiffage Infra-Spezialtiefbau GmbH was founded in 2018, Jörn Ahrend took over the technical management of the western branch and drove the development of the company forward. Ahrend has been Managing Director of Eiffage Infra-Spezialtiefbau since 2021.
