PPP availability model A3

As part of the A3 PPP infrastructure project, the 71-kilometre stretch between the Biebelried and Fürth-Erlangen motorway junctions is being widened from four to six lanes. Eiffage Infra-Bau is responsible for the technical management of the project.

Eiffage Infra-Spezialtiefbau's share includes the following services:

• Construction of in-situ concrete pile foundations DU = 900 mm to 1,500 mm,
  depth 8.00 to 25.00 m
• Creation of soldier pile wall shoring incl. walings and anchors
• Installation of grouted anchors 4 strands, length 25.00 m
• Construction of sheet pile shoring as centre longitudinal shoring and excavation support
• Creation of start and target excavation pits for DN 400 to 1,100 mm drives (auger bores and microtunnelling)
• 28 auger boreholes DN 400 to 1,000 mm in sections from 20 to 79 m
• 6 pieces of microtunnelling DN 600 to 1,100 mm in sections from 26 to 106 m
