This project is a multi-storey building with four full storeys and a stacked storey on top.
Nine rental units found their new home on the 3,136 m² GFA (gross floor area).
The lowest storey was built on a slope, i.e. partly into the ground. In addition, an accessible, open underground centre garage with aeration and ventilation was built with 16 parking spaces.
