The current brownfield site is to be prepared as a location for a switchgear plant. Total area: approx. 115,000 m²

• 52,000 m³ soil improvement
• 2,500 tonnes of lime-cement mixture
• 115,000 m² soil profiling and levelling
• Creation of sealing system
• 31,000 m³ gas drainage, RCL II
• 33,000 m³ drainage layer, RCL I
• 115,000 m³ base course, RCL I
• 7,000 m³ cohesive material to create a separation trench
• 15,000 linear metres of DA 125 semi-active degassing system supplied and installed
• 107,000 m² Combined waterproofing: Protective fleece 1200.00 g/m²
• Plastic seal 2.5 mm, bentonite seal
• 200 m steep embankment (height = 4 m)
