One for all, all for one!

They’ve made a successful start to their careers💪. Our new first-year apprentices, who joined our EI-S on 1 September 2026, have now completed seven days packed with exciting insights into their new working lives, induction sessions and training. This year, we are particularly proud to welcome both two commercial and two technical apprentices to our team👏 .

The first two days were packed with valuable information about our company, health and safety, as well as other work processes and organisational details. And they’ve even had a taste of the construction site atmosphere. Kitted out in helmets, high-visibility vests and safety boots, they set off on a tour of THE region’s major project: our harbour bridges in Nuremberg. There, our site manager gave them fascinating insights into everyday life on the construction site👏. Their enthusiasm for life in the construction industry has now been sparkedonce and for all😍.

The next highlight was already on the agenda for the second week of their training. On 7 and 8 September 2026, the EIFFAGE trainee event took place in Ostbevern (between Münster and Osnabrück) – a gathering of the new trainees from all Eiffage Germany companies. Through a range of group activities and team games , a sense of camaraderie, respect and trust was fostered🤝 .

Now the slightly more structured weeks are beginning, as our apprentices have already arrived at their building sites and departments:

• For our trainee track layer at our EÜ Hersbruck construction site → road closure vibes included😎
• For our trainee construction machinery operator at our ‘Schneller Weg’ construction site in Ingolstadt
• For our trainees training as industrial clerks at our reception and in our accounts department in Schwabach
