Extension and refurbishment of the DEVK building on Riehler Strasse.

Eiffage Infra-Hochbau has been commissioned with the demolition, shell construction and steel construction work for this project.

The extension and refurbishment of the building owned by the client DEVK BauInvest GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the current portfolio of construction projects of our Rhine-Ruhr branch since April 2025. Here are current visual impressions of our progress!
