Eiffage Infra-Hochbau has been commissioned to carry out demolition, structural and steelwork on this project.

The extension and refurbishment, commissioned by the client DEVK BauInvest GmbH & Co. KG, has been part of our Rhein-Ruhr branch’s current portfolio of construction projects since April 2025. Please find attached some recent visual impressions of our progress!
