Our Training Day took place in Herten at the beginning of October. On this Wednesday, all doors were open to interested pupils from Herten and the surrounding area. The day was packed with insights into Eiffage Infra-Hochbau and all-round information about our apprenticeships.

However, things got (semi-)serious right at the start of the day, which didn't put anyone off: in the morning, all interested parties and our trainees were shown how best to prepare for their exams.

Afterwards, the doors in Herten were open to all visitors from 11am to 4pm. Ahmet Kavalci received active support with heart and mind from our trainees, who were happy to talk in detail about their own experiences.

It was a great event for interested young people who, thanks to the commitment of our Herten colleagues, were not only able to learn interesting facts about our company in general and our apprenticeships in particular, but hopefully also gained some guidance for their future careers.

Who knows - maybe we'll see one or two of them again soon!

Our Apprenticeship Day took place in Herten at the start of October. On that Wednesday, our doors were wide open to interested school pupils from Herten and the surrounding area. The day was packed with insights into Eiffage Infra’s building construction division, as well as comprehensive information about our apprenticeship programmes.

But right at the start of the day, things got (semi-)serious – though this didn’t put anyone off: first thing in the morning, we worked with all those interested, together with our apprentices, to demonstrate the best way to prepare for exams.

Afterwards, the doors in Herten were open to all visitors from 11 am to 4 pm. Ahmet Kavalci received enthusiastic support, both in spirit and in practice, from our trainees, who were happy to share detailed accounts of their own experiences.

It was a fantastic event for interested young people who, thanks to the dedication of our colleagues in Herten, not only learnt interesting facts about our company in general and our apprenticeship programmes in particular, but hopefully also gained some guidance for their future careers.

Who knows – perhaps we’ll see one or two of them again soon?!
