A shared start, 120 new faces and plenty of fun and action: at this year’s Trainee Day, our new trainees and dual-study students gathered at the Beverland Gruppen-Resort in Ostbevern to get to know one another, make their first connections and grow as a team.
The focus was on community, sharing ideas and lots of fun – because only together can we achieve great things!
Through challenges, team tasks and more relaxed discussion sessions, it quickly became clear that an apprenticeship is more than just the start of a career. It’s also the beginning of new friendships, shared experiences and a strong network. That was exactly what it was all about: getting to know one another and discovering what actually makes a good team.
A great start to our time together on the apprenticeship programme and a solid foundation for a successful future!
