The road surface resurfacing works in the direction of Nuremberg have been completed and the carriageway was reopened to traffic on 23 April 2024.
We had already widened the carriageway in the direction of Berlin back in 2022. This was followed in 2023 by the resurfacing of the carriageway in the opposite direction, which we have now successfully completed.
In total, approximately 84,500 tonnes of asphalt were milled, and 64,500 m³ of concrete carriageway and 13,400 m³ of verges were constructed.
