New construction of an arched truss bridge (1 span) with concrete carriageway slab and new construction or development of the adjacent traffic routes (roads, roundabout, etc.).
The bridge spans 6 tracks of DB AG's long-distance and passenger railway in the Bochum - Dortmund section.
Shifting took place at the end of November 2016 in one piece in an elevated position via auxiliary yoke.
Bridge structure:
- Span centre distance: 85 m
- Arched spans and bridge height: 11.0 m / 12.3 m
- Roadway and bridge width 10.7 m / 17.5 m
Road construction:
- Roundabout and cycle paths on the new sections of Buselohstraße,
- Total asphalt construction 5,100 m²
- 2 new bus stops
- Noise protection in the form of a gabion wall
- Earthworks incl. shoring for pipe laying
