Preparation for construction of part of the residential area on the Westfalenhütte site in Dortmund. The planned use is residential development, retail, a school and a day care centre as well as accompanying green areas.
- Approx. 125,000 m³ excavation of existing backfill, set to rent, incl. underground dismantling of foundations, ducts, cables, etc.
- Approx. 90,000 m³ transport and piling of separated fillings
- approx. 5,000 m³ delivery of soils and installation
