Construction of the "Rheda 2000" ballastless track system in the 909 m long double-track tunnel and on earthworks. Construction of a lightweight mass-spring system in the tunnel.
Construction work carried out:
- Construction of 1898 m of slab track (Rheda 2000 system) in the new double-track Pforzheim tunnel and on earthworks
- Construction of a total of 598 m of light and flat mass-spring system in the new Pforzheim tunnel
- Construction of the FF transition areas from the tunnel to the earthworks
- Construction of the transition areas from the FF to the ballast superstructure
- Drainage, underground cable construction, earthworks + track construction work in the VE
- Foundation and installation of a signalling boom
- Abutment protection Hachelbrücke
- Execution planning of all services of VE 03, UiG + ZiE
