As part of this project, a commercial and residential area in the district of Roßdorf was developed, including drainage, drinking water, energy supply and telecommunications. In addition, two rainwater retention basins and a roundabout were built to connect to the developed industrial estate.
This included the following services:
- Asphalt construction of 16,000 m²
- Paving of 4,500 m²
- Sewer in various dimensions and materials of 3,900 m
- 95 manholes
- Rainwater retention basin no. 1 with a volume of 960 m³
- Rainwater retention basin no. 2 with a volume of 1,500 m³
- Cast iron water pipe of 2,600 m
