EÜ HERMANN-FORTMANN-STRASSE BREMEN
The "Hermann-Fortmann-Straße" railway overpass is located in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, Bremen-Vegesack district, and is part of the DB railway line running from Bremen-Burg to Bremen-Vegesack. The existing level crossing structure for three tracks will be replaced by a new structure at the same location.
This includes the following services:
- Two excavation pits with watertight sheet piling
- Dismantling and disposal of the old bridge structure, including the dismantling of old HDI material weighing up to 2,500 tonnes
- Three auxiliary bridge chains founded on 3 centre piers and a total of 18 bored piles (L = 20.0 m)
- Three steel superstructures with a total dead weight of over 300 tonnes
- Three track renewals in the area of the bridge totalling up to 300 m
- Dewatering work over the entire construction period
- Construction and dismantling of an 11,000 m² staging area
