Learning by doing: start of training in 2025

The start to professional life is over💪. Our two commercial trainees already have two weeks of training full of impressions behind them. The first two days were packed with valuable information about our company, occupational safety and other professional processes and organisational details. And there was even an excursion into the practical side of the business : wearing helmets, high-visibility waistcoats and safety shoes, our two trainees went on a tour of our temporary bypass in Nuremberg. There, our site manager gave them exciting insights into everyday life on the construction site👏.

In the second week of training, the next excursion was already announced: on 8 and 9 September 2025, the Eiffage trainee event took place in Ostbevern (between Münster and Osnabrück) - a meeting of the new trainees from all Eiffage Germany companies. Cohesion, communication and respect were made tangible through many joint activities and team games🤝.

Now the more regular weeks begin🙃: our two trainees are shown and taught their first commercial processes and internal procedures at reception and in the accounts department at our company headquarters in Schwabach.

We wish both colleagues a good start to this exciting new phase of their lives and look forward to the years of learning together!
