Construction of a new residential complex comprising nine blocks of flats and an underground car park with 256 parking spaces
In Bonn’s Südstadt district, in a central location close to the main railway station, we are building a prestigious new residential complex comprising a total of 150 residential units, as well as a two-storey underground car park with 256 parking spaces.
The contract, including the preparation and coordination of the detailed design (Phase 5 in accordance with the HOAI),
covers the turnkey construction of the entire project, including outdoor facilities and a large inner courtyard with a children’s playground.
The residential area comprises 111 owner-occupied flats ranging from 40 to 180 m² and 39 social housing units, with a total living area of 12,500 m².
