Everyone's talking about green housing, we're doing it! In Darmstadt, Eiffage Infra-Hochbau shows what sustainable living space looks like. Our team successfully realised a modern and sustainable residential project with 95 flats:

• barrier-free flats with short distances
• different flat sizes and types, making the building attractive for singles, students and flat-sharing communities alike
• 45 underground car parking spaces and 214 bicycle parking spaces

As construction is traditionally a resource-intensive industry, it is all the more important for us to take responsibility in our projects and show what is already possible today. This claim is visible in Darmstadt:
