In Bonn's Südstadt district, centrally located close to the main railway station, we are building a prestigious new residential complex with a total of 150 residential units and a two-storey underground car park with 256 parking spaces.
The contract, including preparation and coordination of the implementation planning (LP 5 in accordance with HOAI),
comprises the turnkey construction of the entire building project with outdoor facilities and a large inner courtyard with a children's playground.
The residential area is divided into 111 owner-occupied flats between 40 and 180m² and 39 subsidised residential units with a total living space of 12,500m².
