Eiffage Rail is responsible for the project management, supervision, purchasing, logistics, quality management and commissioning of all track construction work. A local track construction company was commissioned as a joint venture partner for the construction activities. The project is an extension of the existing line (Island Line) on the island of Hong Kong.
