Preparing the former Waldteich coke/coal depot in Oberhausen for construction

Ground work to prepare the former Waldteich coke/coal storage site in Oberhausen for construction.
A development with conventional halls and high-bay warehouses is planned on the approximately 24-hectare project site.

This included the following services:

  • Construction site equipment with labour protection
  • 180,000 m² of green waste
  • 71,000 m³ of existing soil heaps of soil class 3-5 to be processed
  • 491,000 m³ of existing backfill and soil material class 3-5 processed and reinstalled
  • 5,000 m³ allowance for deep demolition of concrete/reinforced concrete
  • 50,000 tonnes allowance for sorting and crushing fillings containing construction waste
  • 1 Flat-rate soil improvement
  • Separate 10,000 m³ of excavated material
  • 150,000 m² recompaction of the subsoil
  • 550,000 tonnes of material supplied by the customer to be installed and compacted
