A new residential neighbourhood with around 1,000 residential units is being built on an area of approx. 14 hectares of residential land. In terms of our brief, around 700 residential units are to be built on the approximately 8.5 hectares of the new Feldmark neighbourhood in Altenbochum. A lively part of the overall "Ostpark" project, which will be integrated into the existing neighbourhood areas.
A new residential development combined with a local recreation area!
The civil engineering work for the utility systems, the construction of rainwater and wastewater drains, the final development of the traffic routes and the first development stage as well as the construction of a canal with adjoining promenade, water square and Raingarden were carried out.
