Nuremberg Tramway: Refurbishment of 475 m of double track on Äußere Sulzbacher Straße, between Walzwerkstraße and Ostbahnhof

  • Demolition and removal of existing tracks with various track-bed systems – the existing tracks were laid as a rigid track bed with mastic asphalt; in some sections, underlay was even used.
  • Installation of tracks using the “Feste Fahrbahn 2016” track system with 59R2 grooved rails and special-grade concrete
