Since March 2021, Eiffage Infra-West has been building a safety structure on the site of the former Waldteich coal and coke storage facility in Oberhausen in a joint venture with Ecosoil Nord-West and on behalf of RAG Montan Immobilien. The structure is to be around eight hectares in size and five metres high.
