Week 4 of the closure at our Flembach Bridge in Michelfeld, and the promise: bridge-building at the speed of light🚀
The result: our project team is defying the fundamental laws of physics, because there’s something even faster: YOU yourselves🤩.
The abutments at axes 10 and 20 have been concreted and the formwork is currently being removed. As the formwork only needs to be raised, it is already ready for the superstructure in these areas👏. And the base pipe plinth for both abutment axes will be constructed this week.
Preparations are currently underway for next week’s highlight: the erection of the 700-metric-tonne crane, which will hoist the precast bridge sections next Tuesday🏗️ .
Was it a challenge to deliver even more impressive images than last week? No – with our bridge-building team, it’s a piece of cake! So we ’re happy to go the extra mile until next Friday💪.
