A break from the daily office routine: When office workers venture out onto a building site and, as in this case, even go on a road trip right across the Odenwald🚗 – there’s plenty to see and do on site , as our dear Anna, HR administrator at the Schwabach site, was able to experience first-hand yesterday, Thursday🤩.

First stop: the ‘underworld’ in Mörlenbach, where our Berkersklamm and Kisselhöhe tunnels are located – here, Anna immediately got a feel for what ‘the fascination of tunnel construction’ means⚒️.

The journey continued to our neighbouring Mörlenbach viaduct. Here , another highlight awaited Anna: the concreting of the base of the abutment at axis 80👏.

The final leg of her road trip took Anna on to Bad König to our Zell viaduct. And there was plenty to see here too: the formwork, reinforcement and concreting of the pairs of piers at axes 20 and 30 were on the day’s agenda💪.

Back in Schwabach, our little “Roadrunner” – as she is affectionately known by the Perso team –was exhausted from all the driving, various traffic jams and bypasses , but at the same time brimming with memories she won’t forget in a hurry⭐.

THANK YOU to our site teams in Mörlenbach and Bad König for these impressive photos and experiences♥️. We wish you all continued success and an accident-free construction period🍀.
