Autumn is turning colourful in the Odenwald – we’d already mentioned this when the abutment on Span 80 was being concreted. But our Mörlenbach viaduct is even more colourful, as there’s currently something different happening on every span👏:
- On Axis 80, the abutments are being backfilled and the tunnel portal is being constructed. In one photo, you can even spot our Kisselhöhe tunnel in the background⚒️.
- The construction of the pier formwork is on the agenda for Axes 70 and 60.
- And at Axis 50, the pile cap is being concreted, whilst at Axis 30 it is being reinforced.
And what remains the same regardless of the various stages of work? That’s right – a meal tastes best after a hard’s day’s work, and it doesn’t even need to be colourful: ‘meat-coloured’ is enough to make us happy🥩🔥.
