The Safety Month project – our managing directors, Heiko Cieslik and Adrian Menczyk, in conversation with trainers and our motivated young staff following a successful initiative!
The reason for this joint lunch was the successful conclusion of the Safety Month 2025 campaign.
Working in teams – as conceived in Paris – short videos were produced to raise awareness of how to deal with potential risks. Key points here were the ‘ ’ approach to managing risks in day-to-day operations, learning from experiences and incidents, paying particular attention to collective vigilance and safety responsibility, and the issue of health.
This initiative really struck a chord at EI-H!
