Westerberg lodges in Osnabrück

A special project is taking shape in Osnabrück: The Westerberg Lodges - four modern buildings with a total of 62 exclusive flats - are currently being built on the site of the former radiation clinic on Lürmannstrasse. The client is bpd Immobilienentwicklung GmbH, which has commissioned our Eiffage Infra-Hochbau team to realise this high-quality construction project. The foundation stone was laid in Q4 2023. As part of a festive ceremony, a time capsule containing project data and the daily press was set in concrete. A beautiful custom that will give future generations an insight into the history of this project.

"Living with a vision"
The Westerberg lodges offer living space of between 60 and 160 m² - with two- to five-room flats. The buildings are divided into three floors - ground floor, upper floor and a penthouse floor with spacious roof terraces. The elevated location provides an impressive view over Osnabrück. The four buildings are deliberately integrated harmoniously into the existing surroundings. The preservation of the natural monuments and the large copper beech tree was an integral part of the sustainable building concept from the outset. This sensitive approach to nature makes a decisive contribution to the high quality of living and quality of life of the future residents. "Living with vision" A good one and a half years after the foundation stone was laid, construction is well advanced. The majority of the flats have already been sold. The interior work is progressing according to plan - the first tiling and parquet work has already been completed. Our project team at Eiffage Infra-Hochbau is on schedule and on target in terms of quality - a strong team performance that we can be proud of.
