The Westerberg Logen in the heart of Osnabrück - a dream home in a prominent location, within walking distance of the city centre and integrated into a park-like environment. Realising this prestigious project is one of Eiffage Infra-Hochbau's current construction projects.
Four residential buildings, each with three storeys, will be built, grouped around a green inner courtyard with mature trees. All 62 freehold flats will be built with balconies and terraces, with the top floors designed as staggered storeys with roof terraces. In addition to the four buildings, we are building an underground car park with a total of 69 parking spaces and direct access to the flats.
Fulfilling the KfW 55 standard is of course also a matter of course for us in this project. Our TGA team is also ensuring a perfect balance between comfort, environmental awareness and sustainability for the Westerberg Logen.
