The Westerberg Logen in Osnabrück - fulfilling the KfW 55 standard here too is a matter of course for us. Our TGA team is also ensuring a perfect balance between comfort, environmental awareness and sustainability at the Westerberg Logen.
Four residential buildings with a total of 62 freehold flats are being built here. In addition to the four buildings, we are building an underground car park with a total of 69 parking spaces and direct access to the flats.
