The housing cooperative "EINHEIT" eG in Chemnitz built a condominium complex in the Hutholz district of Chemnitz consisting of 3 houses with a total of 55 flats and an underground car park with parking spaces and cellar rooms for each house.

Our company was awarded the contract for the construction of the outdoor facilities and landscaping. 900 m³ of earthworks were carried out and 230 m of trenches were made for the outdoor lighting. Slabs were laid over an area of 630 m² and paving was laid over 1,500 m².
Seating and play areas were also created in the outdoor area. Furthermore, 1,500 m² of the outdoor area was planted.
