The service centre with a gross floor area (GFA) of 2,830 m² was built as a turnkey general contractor project.
A vehicle hall with seven lorry stations and a two-storey office wing with sales, training and staff rooms were built.
The construction and shell of the steel hall with sandwich panels were produced, supplied and installed by the hall system manufacturer ATLAS WARD GmbH from Hünxe.
