Renewal of all points and sidings at Düsseldorf-Gerresheim railway station

Full bedding renewal in the conversion area; installation of PSS and partial soil replacement to improve the subgrade; installation of new deep drainage/collector pipe and filter basin up to the Düssel.

This included the following services:

  • 10 switch conversions
  • 3,000 m track renewal
  • 5,500 tonnes of base ballast
  • 13,000 tonnes installation of KG I / KG II
  • 12,000 tonnes of soil disposal
  • 1,950 m deep drainage
  • Cable civil engineering work
  • New construction of soil filter basin
