Around 50 kilometres south of Berlin, in Zossen, Brandenburg, six apartment blocks are being built. This construction project is a turnkey new build to KfW 55 standard in the "Am Kiefernwäldchen" residential area. Eiffage Infra-Hochbau has been commissioned with both the planning (from service phase 5 of the HOAI) and the execution. Our client is once again the Berner Group from Berlin.
