  • Construction of the temporary crossing over the Herdicksbach stream
  • Construction of the single-span reinforced concrete bridge with flat-founded abutments
    over the Herdicksbach (next to the temporary crossing), span 8 m and 9 m wide
  • Construction of the rainwater retention basin incl. throttle and emergency overflow
    (RRB and pipework Herdicksbach)
  • Construction of the rainwater drainage system from the RRB inlet to manhole R33
  • Soil management
  • Successive construction of expansion stage 1 in the planned streets 3 to 11
    incl. sewers, HA and utilities
  • Drainage / sewer construction
  • Final road construction (when 90 % of the building construction work has been completed)
