Green belt in Duisburg

The two elementary building blocks of the park are the LANDSCAPE BUILDING as an accessible spatial sculpture with noise protection in the west and the PROMENADE WITH ENTRANCE AREAS flanked by flowering shrubs and the central lawns in the east.

The retaining structures along Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße are supported by concrete support elements in fair-faced concrete quality. 
These are constructed as prefabricated elements in uniform widths of 2.00 m.
A total of 520 concrete elements are produced, 250 of which are different parts. The visible surfaces of the concrete elements have a height of up to approx. 6.00 m and cover a total area of 4,250 m².

Delivery and installation of approx. 40,000 m³ of filling materials

Larger play areas (290 m² and 400 m²) as well as smaller play and recreation areas on the landscaped structure and the entrance areas
