An exclusive residential complex with a total of 29 freehold flats is being built in the heart of Düsseldorf. The residential units in two buildings will be barrier-free and equipped with lifts. The two-storey buildings also have an underground car park with 27 parking spaces and a car lift. The construction of the outdoor facilities is also part of the contract for Eiffage Infra-Hochbau GmbH. The project is scheduled for completion in July 2022.
