Following the relocation of the B174 Gornau - Chemnitz motorway, drainage work is required on the farm tracks running parallel to the B174 as well as conversion and new construction work on the existing rainwater retention basins.

A new rainwater retention basin will be built next to the existing rainwater clarifier, and the earthworks will be carried out using GPS excavation technology. An outlet structure will be built for the throttled discharge, which will flow into the receiving water. The existing rainwater clarifier will be repaired. The work to be carried out includes renewing the entire sealing layer and reinforcing the surface with armourstones.

The services for the drainage of the farm tracks include the laying of 650 metres of sewer (reinforced concrete DN300-400), the construction of a drainage trough including trough inlets and the construction of paths with adaptation of the gradients to the new drainage situation.
