This new building in Wermelskirchen in the Rhineland (Bergisch-Gladbach district) is a multi-storey building with partially accessible roof areas. Three rental units are being built on the ground floor - a drinks store, a discount store and a medical supply store. An underground car park will be built in the basement, providing space for parking spaces and for deliveries to the above-mentioned stores. The upper storeys will also be divided into rental units, with office and practice space planned alongside 12 smaller residential units belonging to Diakonie.
