Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH (DEGES) is planning the reconstruction and
4-lane expansion of the B 236 between the Dortmund/Schwerte city limits and the Schwerte motorway junction (AS) to the A1 motorway. This will increase the capacity of an existing north-south link in the eastern Ruhr region and adapt it to the existing and forecast traffic loads. We installed several bored pile walls here, totalling over 3,000 m², with diameters of 0.9-1.5 m and depths of 6 to 15 metres.
