All participants from the three locations met at the main site in Wilsdruff and travelled to Mittelherwigsdorf near Zittau, around 130 km away, to first receive some general information about the planning and execution of the B178n construction project.
Then it was time for enough theory - let's take a look at the construction site in full operation! During a tour of the construction site led by the head of the Structural Engineering department, the participants were given a first impression of what it means to create bridge structures and transport routes from nothing. An impressive achievement by our colleagues - from planning to execution! After we had finished the construction site tour, we rounded off the successful morning with lunch together and then travelled home together.
