Our first stop took us to the Drebach site, where we stayed between 10:00 and 10:30. This short break gave us the opportunity to take a look at the conversion of the workshop into office space and get in the mood for the upcoming programme.
At 10.30 a.m. we continued our journey to the broadband construction site in the Drebach district. There we were warmly welcomed by Hubert Neumann and Nicole Peil, who not only introduced us to the construction site, but also gave us an insight into the forward-looking developments in the broadband sector. We then had the opportunity to visit the picturesque crocus meadows and listen to an inspiring talk by Mr Dageförde.
After an informative morning, we made our way to Gasthof Hilmersdorf at 12.10 pm for lunch. The inn not only offered culinary delights, but also a cosy atmosphere that invited us to chat and relax.
The official part of the excursion ended at 14:00, but for those who wanted to discover even more, there was the option of an optional visit to the Stülpner Berg and the Sättler Haus in Großolbersdorf. There we were able to immerse ourselves in Erzgebirge tradition and gain further exciting insights.
The Women's Day excursion was a complete success and offered the participants a unique opportunity to discover new places, meet interesting people and create unforgettable memories. Thanks to the wide range of stops and activities, we were able to experience a varied day that we will remember for a long time to come.
