One example of this is the organised start of training. Even before the official start of training, we organise a welcome event for the future trainees at our locations, consisting of three "get-to-know-you days", during which we plan various cool events and experience a harmonious get-together, while also catering for their physical well-being.
In addition, trainees are supported professionally, socially and in terms of character in exciting trainee projects. One example of this is the "trainee construction site", where trainees from different trades can plan and carry out their respective tasks independently as "site managers", "foremen" and "skilled workers".
Throughout the entire training period, we maintain a close dialogue between all those involved, i.e. trainers and trainees, site managers on site, teachers at vocational schools and inter-company facilities, so that we can guarantee good training.
The certificate was ceremoniously presented in the presence of one of our managing directors, Manfred Inden, as well as Phillip Gast (HR manager) and Lisa-Marie Klein (HR officer) and the managing director of the Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Marco Graf. Our industrial training managers Claus Grieger and Marius Steenkamp are missing from this picture as they were unfortunately unable to attend.
