So that they can hit the ground running on 5 August 2024 and in some cases already be active on their construction sites, we have once again launched our "induction days" this year.
These three days before the official start offer an extensive programme: training on occupational safety, a welcome from our management and an introduction to the works council and the youth and trainee representatives. In addition, the trainees are given an introduction to the company values and culture to make it easier for them to get started and to give them a sense of belonging.
The introduction days culminate in a barbecue with the management on our construction site, where the new trainees have the opportunity to socialise and get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere.
We look forward to accompanying and supporting the new trainees on their journey and wish them a successful start in the world of work. We are convinced that they will have an enriching and successful training period ahead of them.
