Carolyn Strümpel (HR officer) and Lucas Hengelbrock (junior construction manager at the West branch) conducted numerous short but very interesting job interviews during the four-hour ride on the Ferris wheel and were able to attract some potential applicants to the company and make new contacts.
This is the second time that this event has taken place and is organised in cooperation between the Employment Agency, the Herne Job Centre and the Herne Alliance for Employment and is also supported by the organiser of the Cranger Weihnachtszauber.
Overall, the event was a complete success for Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH and more than exceeded our expectations.
