"Homeschooling" made by Eiffage

While northern Bavaria was covered in snow, public transport came to a standstill and classes were cancelled in numerous schools, a certain kind of "homeschooling" also took place at Eiffage Infra-Süd : the EI-S training week for all industrial employees👍.

However, in contrast to public life, this training concept was meticulously planned many weeks in advance. A huge THANK YOU to our HR department, especially Jennifer Sirtl: without her and her precise and patient planning, this week would not have been possible! And our colleagues at reception ensured that we were well catered for on site. Because "today's food is tomorrow's energy"💪.

At three different locations (Schwabach, Pfaffenhofen and Geiselwind), our industrial employees refreshed their knowledge of load securing, slinging loads and first aid auf⛑️.

To make the most of the weather-related break on our construction sites, our fifth works meeting, fourth foreman's day and first machine operator's day also took place during this training week👏.
