The DEVK administration and office building on the banks of the Rhine in Cologne is being given a facelift and Eiffage Infra-Hochbau has been commissioned to carry out the demolition, structural work and steelwork.
Our part in the energy-efficient refurbishment of the imposing building complex on Riehler Strasse includes the extension of the basement and the construction of an extension with various balconies, as well as the construction of a bicycle car park and a technical centre.
Work will begin this month (April 2025) and is scheduled for completion in March 2026. The contract volume for Eiffage Infra-Hochbau is around 10.6 million euros.
