Good news from Lürmannstrasse in Osnabrück: in two of the four residential buildings with a total of 62 freehold flats, the screed work has been completed or will be completed shortly - the painting work is already underway. In the other two buildings as well as the underground car park, the ELT and HSL rough-in installations have been completed. Things are also looking good "on top" - the roofing work is 90 per cent complete.
